Full description
Visit the most beautiful colonial palaces and learn all about the usage of their spaces, furniture, the way people used to live, where they went and how the city used to look with its plazas, markets, canals, and fountains. Hear some of the gossip from those times. Walk on a pedestrian street that used to be the silversmiths street during viceroyal times as well as the main street in Mexico City. Along the way, you will visit five beautiful homes of the wealthiest families of those times. These homes belonged to counts and marquises and today are still known as palaces. You will be able to enjoy the architecture, art and the stories of the people that lived there many years ago.
  • An Art Historian will accompany you the whole time and explain all about the places and things you will visit along the way

The tour was amazing, we learned many fun stories about Mexico City's history. The guide makes the tour really fun, and very interesting. The places she took us where beautiful and the chocolate at the end was delicious. It's definitely a must do tour
