Oir guide Chiara and driver Armando were great! Chiara had good knowledge of the area, she explained everything and answered all questions from the group. Both, Chiara and armando are humorous folks. Wear good shoes, there’s alot of walking. We couldn’t do the boat due to weather conditions, but Chiara took us to other areas in the towns to visit so we enjoyed more the trip. Plenty of shops and restaurants in all the towns visited. The trip to Cinque Terre is a must, loved it!

Perfect tour from Florence to get an overview of the Cinque Terre villages. The villages are beautiful! Big thanks to our amazing guide (Guliano?) who was very informative and very accommodating. They allowed us to leave our travel suitcases on the bus, which was so amazing! Thank you once again for allowing us to do this!

It was pretty good. I enjoyed being on the bus for the long stretch of the trip. Very comfortable. I liked visiting the different villages and getting time to explore. My only issue is the guide was not nice or helpful to one of the families. It's like she went out of her way to not be helpful.
