Several comments about where the meeting spot is - we had trouble too and the chat help was unable to resolve. Here is the short answer - go to the stadium/coliseum and look for the red umbrella stand along the bus line out front. You can get your tickets there (or show your voucher. If you get off at one of the stops, ask when another bus is expected. Otherwise you can miss getting back on and lose part of your day. Headphones worked well, was great to get an overall explanation about sites and then decide on which you might want to come back to. Route out to the Frida museum takes a while with traffic and if you don’t have tickets to the museum already it is doubtful you’ll be able to get them when you get there.

I loved it! The good thing is that you can go up and down and use it all day! It's good to get an idea of the city and the places you would like to visit at night and places like that! It really helped me a lot! I recommend it

I had a little trouble finding the place to meet the bus but once I did, and was given the map of the different routes, I understood how it worked and enjoyed it. I do think it would be very useful to have access to that map online (I tried to find it before my trip) so as to plan one's day better.
