We had a wonderful private trip! Our driver, Ahmed, was fantastic—knowledgeable, kind, and very respectful. He took us to all the best spots around Mt. Fuji and was incredibly attentive, constantly checking the live cameras of the mountain. Thanks to his vigilance, we were able to capture some amazing photos during one of the rare moments the mountain was visible that day. It was such a cool experience! A couple of small points of feedback: the restaurant we stopped at for lunch was just okay. Since Ahmed had been there before, it felt like the default choice—I would have appreciated the option to pick our own place nearby instead (we were right down the street from other options around the lake)

This event was great. Our tour guide, Karen, was amazing - she gave the tour in multiple languages and made sure to take pictures of every group. The live music on board, Mitori, had an interactive and fun music session. Overall the experience was super fun and we would do it again.

We went for the quick 2 hour option and it was great because of Akari, the guide’s flexibility. We still saw the tea house district and the samurai house. She knew Japanese history and that was informative. She dropped us off at the fish market and we parted ways! Perfect.
