Giles Guided Wine Tour This is a private wine tour for up to 4 people. Indulge in a day of wine tasting in the Waipara Valley, part of the North Canterbury Wine Region which is about 75km (46miles) north of Christchurch. The area is renowned for its warm, dry climate and limestone-rich soils — ideal for growing the premium quality grapes that produce world class, multi award-winning wines and some of New Zealand’s best wines.
