Excellent service! I booked last minute (the night before) and everything was managed brilliantly. José was an awesome guide - extremely friendly, knowledgable and flexible to my interests. It was Good Friday, so the Monserrate would have been tricky to navigate alone, but José did so with ease and ensured I had a brilliant time, making me feel completely at ease as a solo traveller. The driver César was great too. I would definitely recommend.
