There was excellent communication before being picked up, including a picture and license plate of the vehicle collecting me. The sanctuary itself is a small place and so welcoming. The elephants are lovely and they are clearly well cared for. They’re not forced to do anything! I was able to feed and bathe with them while plenty of pictures were taken, and there was a wonderful guide who was able to explain all about them and what they do. We also had a very delicious lunch! I would 100% repeat this experience if I could! Do bring a spare change of clothes because you will get filthy if you bathe with them (there are showers there) - and don’t wear white!

Great experience!! Being passionate and professional, the host would elaborate everything you could be interested about elephants, their cause and so on. Definitely recommended as a family day-trip!

Great experience, was a very small group, saw very beautiful islands, very little going on right now! That's fun ! Everything as expected! Gladly again!

Very good experience. Car was clean Person who came was nice driver. He helped us drop near the location we requested
