The trip was comfortable and easy; though 1 hr and 45 minutes one way. Well worth the evening thermal spa experience for 3 hours...very lovely in the outdoor pool with a cup of mulled wine in hand surrounded by snow. It was busy in the spa, so I think the evening time is best. I wouldn't want to have been there when it was any busier I don' think. The pools and changing rooms are warm and clean, and could get a locker and changing cubicle no problem. I would go again :)

Fantastic trip. Driver collected us on time and was very informative about the country and destination on the way. Managed to get us straight to the front when we arrived at the baths rather than waiting in the hour long queue. Roads were a treacherous drive on the way back but driver was very safe.

A+++ great experience and highly recommend this place if your visiting Poland. Our driver was so good and got us through the worst of the show with no issues even in dark. Vehicle was very comfortable and made the drive seem short and quick. He was very friendly and chatty and very informative It’s quite a drive from Krakow but it’s definitely worth it. A+++
