I had a wonderful time and tasted some really delicious food. The guide, Juan, was friendly, informative, and spoke great English. He provided us with a lot of insight into the origins and development of the Chinese community in the Philippines. It was also evident that he had taken a lot of time doing his research to find the restaurants that offered the best of various classic Chinese Philippine snacks. Without Juan, I would never have known to go to many of the places he took us to ,nor have willingly tried a lot of the food, we had the opportunity to taste without Juan’. There was no pressure to eat anything we did not like nor too eat all the food we were offered. In fact he warned us from the get go that he would give us lots of opportunities to taste a lot of different things and that there was no pressure to eat all of it. He actually said he would be surprised if we, in fact, could eat it all. Highly recommend this tour!

We had a great tour in Jakarta. Our guide showed us the best places in town. Eventhough we didnt have much time in the city we got a good impression of the town. Our guide and the driver were both super friendly and made sure we had a good time (she even helped us get a simcard afterwards)
