The two tour guides, John and Kiara (sp), were both ushers at the Chicago Theater and experienced guides. The combination of expertise and humor made the tour fun as everyone enjoyed their antics. The theater itself in stunning and the tour definitely worth taking. The tour is advertised as lasting one hour but our tour was closer to 90 minutes. Highly recommend for all.
