The boat was very nice, ran on time, nice and friendly crew. There was plenty of comfortable seating both in the sun or the shade. We had done a river tour before, so wanted to focus on the lake this visit. Wish the tour element was not "recorded" but a live person sharing information about the Chicago skyline, Navy Pier, Lake Michigan -- for more personal interaction and personality...

Beautiful views!

This tour showed beautiful sides of the city! We went for the evening tour so we caught golden hour and sunset for wonderful pictures and views. The one annoying thing was the speaker describing what we were seeing was relatively hard to understand and I would have liked to hear him clearly. They also loaded us a little late and therefore left a little late too but that worked out just fine.

One of the most picturesque views of Chicago shoreline

We took the last cruise at twilight and view of the shoreline as the lights come on in buildings presents Chicago in all its glory - should not be missed. The boats are easy to get on and comfortable even for seniors and the ride is very pleasurable. It may get a little chilly after sundown depending on weather conditions. Check-in with printed tickets was a breeze with no wait. Weekends are busy and it was a good idea to have tickets in advance.
