It was good overall. The volume of the videos and information was a bit too loud. The wait was not too bad at all and moved along fairly quickly! Once up to the top floor, the sight was wonderful, it wasn't too packed for a Saturday, and it had an awesome view of every part of the city. I would definitely recommend at night!

Worthwhile Experience

We had a wonderful time sitting and relaxing with our reasonably priced beverages as we looked out on the city, shoreline, and lake Michigan. We were there on a clear day about 200pm local time and could see all the way across the lake. Very relaxing. As a side note, neither of us like heights, but were very comfortable on the 94th floor--not scary at all. However we did not do the "tilt".

Worth the views

I thought it was a bit expensive but if you can afford it it's definitely worth the view. Probably the best in Chicago and a lot more open than the one from the Sears/Willis tower which is much higher, so you can't see much detail, and it's also blocked by other skyscrapers. The plus side to the price is that the bar, cafe, food, souviner shop up there is surprisingly reasonable and decent quality so you don't have to worry about dropping much of a wad if you fancy a drink up there. The multimedia tour is very informative too, overall a lot more options for things to do other than just looking over a city in comparison to other skyscrapers.
