It was a very nice experience. Before going to the observation deck, there were props for photo ops. Once you get to the observation deck, there's a line to have the opportunity to take pictures on the ledge, however, it is timed due to amount of people waiting in line. You only get 2 minutes to take pictures on the ledge. Great views, nonetheless.

Get your Guide activities are always excellent and well organized. We had 4 events in Chicago which were great and Rick the driver and guide of our mini bus tour was excellent. The weather wasn’t great it was foggy but he made the trip worthwhile and interesting given the situation with the weather. We booked your tours in Boston and recently in Nashville and were all coordinated excellent, timely and stress free.

it's seamless experience all the way from the starting point downstairs. It was a very light day so not many visitors on the observation deck, either in the tilting experience room. One thing I reserve the one star for is during the tilting experience, the staff seems very bored and not activity taking pictures for the visitors and the pictures turned out to be not so great. Personal cellphone was not allowed in that room so we couldn't get the picture we want. But for $3o for 2 print photos, I would expect the staff to take better pictures so people would have more motivation to purchase.
