This was a fun experience. We were in a large group of 24 people and the process was simple when purchasing tickets online. We loved the convenience of the small bar and the tour itself. The only down side was that the instructions on the meeting point were not very helpful. We walked around the pier for about 20 minutes trying to find the correct boarding location until we noticed the small light colored print at the bottom of the email that said it was with Shoreline.

I absolutely loved everything about it!!! The staff was very professional and friendly. I decided to take my children ages 6 and 9 on this cruise at 9pm, so they could see how beautiful the skyline of Chicago is at nigh on our weekend adventure and they absolutely loved it!!! Parking was close by near the Navy Pier….security all around I felt very safe with my boys in the area.

My first cruise was supposed to leave at 8pm, but due to traffics, we couldn’t make it so I called to reschedule an hour later. And the lady on the phone was so kind and adjusted it for us. And the boat ride was perfect. I was able to have conversations with the people sitting next to my friend and I. And they have a bar so you can get drinks anytime. Overall, we really enjoyed the ride.
