the ambiance. the host serves everyone was polite and pleasant EXCEPT for the short dark security at the front that works 2/14/25. I was on my phone informing my husband's where we at and he came out of nowhere after I making my way to the taller security as he was the only 1 insight barring me from procedure to the guy to show my tickets n to inform him 1 person is coming they just parking. I got off the phone to address him I said if u had something to say wait till I get off the phone but don't come out of nowhere and barring me.then gonna tell the captain he don't want me on his ship if it wasn't for the no refund I would've canceled my 6 tickets and left....we came from NY/DC just to see the view but unfortunately we weren't able to. so that defeat the purpose of the cruise
we had a great time. the food was great, the DJ kept the atmosphere very party like. parking is convenient and the kiosk is right outside the exit/entrance to the garage

Your cruise will be aboard the Odyssey Lake Michigan which departs from Navy Pier. Enter through the main entrance of Navy Pier and proceed down the south-side dock. The Odyssey Lake Michigan will be located halfway down the dock. Check in at the Odyssey Lake Michigan ticket booth near the Shakespeare Theatre sign. The yacht's name will be clearly displayed on the front of the boat and above the ticket booth. Please visit the ticket booth to check in and receive your boarding passes. If you have any questions, please contact us before your cruise.

- All interior areas of the ship are non-smoking. Guests who smoke may do so on the outdoor observation decks only
