The experience with city pass was good in general. City pass was very easy to book, and since I've never been to Chicago, Citypass was a great way to see what activities we can do. We were also able to skip some lines and get in faster which was awesome. WARNING-Unfortunately, we did have one bad experience with Citypass. We reserved for the 360 view to do the tilt, when we arrived at the building the titlt was sold out. This was extremely heartbreaking for my kids and I because that is the reason we came. on the city pass website it did mention that we would have to purchase the tilt separately when we arrived but it did not mention that there could be a chance that it would be sold out or gave us an option to purchase it beforehand. My child started crying because she was very excited for this. This is one thing CityPass should change and better to avoid this disappointment on others booking. Overall, the experience was good, just be careful with that fact when booking.

Great trip but if you pass is rather a good deal just flat for my case where we did the museum of science and industry or there it's a little more complicated to use it because you have to first go through their own website and I think we were fooled because there was marked an unforgettable site or the cinema and there they told us that there was only the cinema

Good options and very worth it. They should just be more clear about what’s is included for each attraction. For example, the tilt from Chicago 360 is not included in the city pass, you have to pay an additional 9-dollar fee to get in. They should also tell you how much time you are allowed to stay in Chicago 360 and Skydeck. If I knew I would be able to stay for as long as I wanted, I would have gone just to the Skydeck (which is mandatory) and picked the Art Institute instead. I wanted to see the skyline both at daytime and at night, so I could have just booked the Skydeck a bit before the sunset, and then I would have had both views.
