Throughout the ride, listen to lively narration about Chicago's rich history as the onboard guides point out the many sights of the city including Buckingham Fountain, Willis Tower, Aon Center, John Hancock Building, Museum Campus, Marina City, Wrigley Building, Chicago Tribune Building, Navy Pier, the Lighthouse and more. This tour also gives you the unique experience of passing through the Chicago River Lock System, while learning about the operation and the uses of the lock from your guide.   • Strollers may be brought aboard and will be folded and stored in the salon for the duration of the cruise, children must be removed from strollers prior to boarding
  • For safety reasons, motorized scooters and electric wheelchairs cannot be accommodated aboard the ship, guests who are able to transfer may use the company's manual wheelchair, based upon availability
  • Latecomers cannot be refunded, but every effort will be made to accommodate you on another evening

It was a great tour with well experience crew and tour guide to show his knowledge about the remarks of the purpose of the tour Boat was clean and leave on time The bar has enough to make you trip more comfortable. Restroom clean Only situation that happened was the tour was not offered in Spanish like it said when I did the booking

I'm rating this good, because although it said the tour was accessible, when it came time to get on the boat there was a step up and a step down, to cross onto the boat, You could not roll a wheelchair onto the boat. Fortunately my husband was able to step onto the boat and then get back in his wheelchair. We could not have gone if he hadn't been able to do this. Otherwise the trip was great with good communication and information from the guide.

One of the most informative, interesting and enjoyable tours we’ve done in a long time . Bree was our tour guide .she was great , very informative , answered all our questions and was just and all over wealth of knowledge. We’d surely do another tour with her and your company. We tell everybody we know how is visiting Chicago . We where there for our 65 th birthday.
