Alicia(tour guide) was the best!! She was super patient with my training and riding as a 1st Time Segway Rider. She was knowledgeable about Chicago's History. She was eager to assist me with photo needs, and she even captured some scenic photo opportunities for me, considering that she has a great eye for photography!! I definitely recommend the Segway Tour and if possible, ask for Alicia as your tour guide!! You won't be disappointed.❤

This was a great activity. Vincent was an awesome guide and did a great job of instructing us on how to operate a segway. However.... I have to say I was extremely disappointed in the facility where we checked in. There were no toilets and it seemed dirty and unwelcoming. Both of us needed to use the restroom before setting out and were pretty upset that the staff person there (NOT our guide, he was fantastic), was not very helpful. He actually told me that there was no toilet paper and that he wasn't allowed to let customers use the bathroom on site. He said that we could use a toilet in a hotel half a block away, but gave super-vague instructions. It was all odd. I must say though, when Vincent arrived to lead our tour the whole experience turned around. Again, he was really nice, helpful and informative.
