What People Are Saying About Chianti Hills
My only complaint is no accesibililty to a restroom before departure. Additionally, no one told me how to get a refund for a ticket I paid for a friend who became ill the morning if the trip.
Jennifer was the best! She was knowledgeable, professional, and had a great personality for dealing with so many people. She turned a very long day into an awesome Tuscany experience.
We enjoyed stopping off at the various locations en route to Siena. The weather, the comfort of the bus and the help of Lisa our Tour guide and the location guide in Siena, all combined for a very good "small" experience of some of Tuscany.

Best rating for : guides, WI-FI in the bus, panacota during lunch, assistance to find and use the shuttle to Pisa, driver of shuttle bus Negatives: Microphone in the bus was bad, it was difficult to understand the guide, have to be changed!
