hotel pickup was smooth, bus was lovely and comfortable, a perfect group size - not too big, not too small, about 10 people. Our guide was what made the trip though. He was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic and was able to answer any questions we had. He was clearly keen that we would enjoy ourselves. I didn't get his name but he was tall and did the tour on 10th June '25.

Our tour guide Nom made our trip, she was friendly, funny and highly knowledgable about each part of the tour. Nothing was too much hassle and she made sure everyone was comfortable and involved throughout. The tour was really interesting and we enjoyed it thoroughly, our highlight being our trip to the waterfall. Nom even provided each guest with a gift before the tour was over which was a lovely touch, would highly recommend!
