Full description

During the Mama Noi Thai Cookery School activity, experience the wonders of Thai cuisine with the guidance of a local chef. Discover the different ingredients and techniques used to create authentic Thai dishes.

Following along with a chef, make and prepare five authentic dishes from scratch while learning about the history, culture, and traditions of Thailand. Head to a local market for fresh ingredients, then work at your own cooking station.

When cooking, vegetables grown in Mama Noi's organic garden are used extensively in the farm's and cooking school's Chiang Mai-based menus. After the cooking class, enjoy your handmade meal. Take home a souvenir recipe booklet with all the recipes you made during the cooking class.
