Enjoy the convenience of being picked up from your hotel. Visit the local market with your guide. Pick out fresh ingredients and try special Chiang Mai dishes. Learn about Thai cuisine and the specific qualities of the ingredients you’ll be using in your class.

Head to the cooking school, which is located in the suburbs of Chiang Mai and offers a splendid panoramic view of the rice fields and the mountains. Learn techniques and cooking skills from an expert local chef. Cook in four different styles: soup, stir-fry, curry, and fried food. Perfect your cooking skills at your own individual cooking station.
Enjoy the fruits of labors and sit down for a delicious home-cooked meal. Sip a complimentary soft or herbal drink along with your meal.

The menu changes depending on what day you attend your class:

Monday & Wednesday :
• Pad Thai: Thai stir-fried noodles with pork or chicken
• Panang Moo/ Gai:  Panang curry with pork or chicken
• Tung Tong: deep-fried wonton
• Tom Yum Goong: hot and sour soup with shrimps or Tom Kha Gai: coconut milk soup with galangal and chicken

Tuesday & Friday :
• Pad Khee Mao: stir-fried drunken noodles
• Gang Keaw Waan Gai: green curry with chicken
• Por Pia Tod: deep-fried egg rolls
• Tom Yum Goong: hot and sour soup with shrimps or Tom Kha Gai: coconut milk soup with galangal and chicken

Thursday & Saturday:
• Pad Ma Muang Himma Pan: stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts
• Laab Moo: spicy minced pork salad
• Khao Soi: Chiang Mai curry Noodles
• Tom Yum Goong: hot and sour soup with shrimps
