Pick-up is available from major areas of downtown Chiang Mai within a 5 km radius of the Tha Pae Gate (Chiang Mai City area), the Old City Wall in Chiang Mai province, and the surrounding areas of the Old City Wall in Chiang Mai province including Chang Klan Road, Thapae Road, Wualai Road in the zones of the Night Bazaar, Ton Lam Yai Market, and Warorot Market (Kad Luang). Pick-up services are only offered from hotels or registered accommodations. For safety reasons and in line with Thailand's traffic laws, we cannot pick up from roadsides or shopping malls. Our team will email you the evening before your activity to confirm your pick-up time and meeting point. Your guide will be holding a TripGuru sign. Please be ready in the lobby of your hotel 10 minutes before pickup time.

This was one of the best day trips we had in Thailand!! Our guide (Banana) was awesome, so funny that we didnt’t even feel the 3hours drive to Chiang Rai. He gave us a lot of information about the temples and useful insights about Thailand and Thai people in general. Banana took care of the lunch, we decided together what we want to eat and he sent the order ahead so as not to wait to much at the restaurant, since usually there are a lot of people near the temples. I would totally recommend this tour, should be a must do if you’re in Chiang Mai.

Traffic: If you are headed to the meeting point, heavy traffic in the mornings is expected, and can vary greatly when compared to the travel time stated in navigation apps (e.g. Google Maps, Waze, etc.). Please make sure to consider leaving with enough time to reach your destination.
