We enjoyed this activity. The transfer was smooth however note that from central chiang mai it takes over an hour so you spend a lot of time travelling compared to bamboo rafting. Our guide was friendly and helpful and took many photos of us and sent them via WhatsApp. The cafe there was also nice where you can eat or get a drink and sit and watch everyone else’s bamboo rafting. Recommend for anyone in chiang mai.

Brilliant! We loved our driver (sorry we didn't catch her name but she was great!) and our little bamboo driver too, he was a legend. Even let me have a go. AND, WE SAW ELEPHANTS. Loads. Loved it. We welder the only tourists aswell, the river was full of locals. Right laugh it was.

Really fun morning experience doing Bamboo rafting. Special mention to our driver Joy who was so lovely, picked us up and drove us to and from the experience, such nice driving and stopped regularly for refreshments and toilets when needed. The rafting is good fun, it’s south of Chiang Mai about an hour, the route is really scenic with some elephants along the way. Definitely recommend.
