This has been our favorite tour in our time in Thailand. The activities were wonderful, but our tour guides A and Jojo (sorry if spelling is incorrect) really made the day incredible. The caves were amazing and we had a great time leisurely kayaking down the river. A and Jojo were very funny and created a great environment joking with us and each other. They also showed us different edible fruits, berries and seeds in the area which was an extra cool touch. Lunch was absolutely amazing. My husband is vegan and they made accommodations for him and he loved it! (For other vegans, it was the standard rice and veggies, but he liked how they were seasoned.) The whole tour felt very authentic and personal. The activities were great. We highly recommend this tour! To address other reviews- there is a long commute from the city, but I brought a book and it was fine. And I liked the open air truck, personally, but I understand why not everyone would.

The excursion was amazing. Start by being picked up from your accommodation at 830-845 and drive 1.5hrs to the starting point of the kayak trip. 7km of pure nature to be seen while sailing downstream. The guides were very kind and informative. At the end, a tasty lunch of pork fried rice is waiting for you in a small restaurant next to the stream. After lunch, head over to the cave. It is located inside a temple meaning women need to cover their legs but pants are provided free of charge. A local guide takes over and gives you an (appropriately) 30 minute tour. Inside the cave there are bats and snakes which was very exciting. After the cave, head back to your hotel in Chiang Mai. There was some heavy traffic on the way home to allow 2-2.5 hours for the return journey. We had an amazing day although one thing really let the whole excursion down: the transfer. The vehicle they use is a pick up truck. It was very uncomfortable and unbearable for the total of (approximately) a 4hr drive

This tour could be almost perfect except for the fact that the transportation is in a van with no windows. The guides sit in the front with windows and AC and the clients sit in the back , which is ok, but seating there in open air means you're exposed to all the fuel and smoke of the traffic and that made us very dizzy and with motion sickness before and after the tour, which is about 3 hrs. Other than that , the cave is super cool, guides super fun and the kayaking was super cool. Be prepare for some falling cause it's not the most quiet river.
