After Check Inn: Eastern and Western Group of Temples Start your exploration with the Western Group of Temples, the most famous cluster, featuring the magnificent Kandariya Mahadev Temple, known for its stunning architectural detail and erotic sculptures. Continue to the Eastern Group of Temples, which includes the Jain temples, such as the Parsvanatha Temple, offering a serene and spiritual atmosphere. 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch Break Enjoy a traditional Indian lunch at a local restaurant, savoring the regional flavors. After Lunch: Southern Group of Temples Visit the Southern Group of Temples, including the Duladeo Temple and the Chaturbhuj Temple, which are less crowded and provide a more tranquil experience. Admire the unique carvings and lesser-known masterpieces in these temples. Local Village Tour Head to a nearby village such as Raneh or Alipura, where you can witness the traditional way of life. Interact with villagers, learn about their daily routines, and observe traditional crafts like pottery, weaving, and farming. Sunset at Raneh Falls Travel to Raneh Falls, located about 20 kilometers from Khajuraho, to witness the stunning canyon and the falls, especially beautiful during sunset. Enjoy the natural beauty and take in the serene surroundings. 16:00PM to 19:00PM: Return to Khajuraho drop to your Hotel or anywhere you want arround Khajuraho.

Tour Briefing: After checking in, a quick 15-20 minute session will be provided to explain your 2-day itinerary and offer suggestions for additional places to explore around Khajuraho. Temple Tour: Begin your journey with a visit to the iconic Khajuraho Temples. These ancient temples, known for their intricate erotic carvings, are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. An English-speaking guide will provide you with detailed insights into the historical significance and architectural marvel of the temples. Stone Carving Demonstration: After the temple tour, you’ll be taken to witness a live demonstration of traditional stone carving techniques and view the local Art & Craft collection. Ayurveda & Massage Experience: In the evening, you’ll visit a renowned Ayurveda center in Khajuraho to experience a soothing Ayurvedic massage for relaxation. Alternatively, you may opt to enjoy a local dance performance or a light and sound show at the temples, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Khajuraho. Dinner: After a day of exploration, you can choose to have your dinner either at your homestay or at a local restaurant, based on your preference. Day 02: Panna National Park Safari & Departure Morning Wildlife Safari: Start the day with an early morning visit to Panna National Park, known for its rich biodiversity. The park is home to over 80 tigers, along with leopards, elephants, crocodiles, and hundreds of other species. This 4-hour safari will give you the chance to witness the park’s natural beauty and wildlife in its pristine environment. Return to Hotel & Departure: After your safari, return to the hotel by 12:30 PM. Later, you’ll be transferred to the airport to catch your flight to your next destination. Optional: Guests can choose to visit Panna National Park on Day 1, in which case, the itinerary will be reversed to accommodate the safari before the temple tour.

Pick-up and Travel: Start the day with a comfortable pick-up from your hotel. The tour guide will provide an introduction to Khajuraho’s history and its cultural significance during the ride to the temples. Western Group of Temples: Begin your exploration with the Western Group of Temples, which includes some of the most iconic temples, such as the Kandariya Mahadev Temple, the largest and most decorated, known for its erotic sculptures. You'll also visit Lakshmana Temple and Vishwanath Temple, which are famous for their exquisite artwork. Eastern Group of Temples: Next, visit the Eastern Group of Temples, which include the Javari Temple, Vamana Temple, and some Jain temples, such as the Parshvanath Temple. These temples highlight the synthesis of Hindu and Jain cultures and showcase a wide range of themes, from mythology to daily life and divine love. Lunch Break: Take a break for lunch at a local restaurant to enjoy authentic regional cuisine. Southern Group of Temples: After lunch, proceed to the Southern Group of Temples, including the Duladeo Temple and Chaturbhuj Temple. These temples, while smaller, still display the elegance and beauty typical of Khajuraho’s architecture. Local Art and Craft Exploration: After visiting the temples, take some time to explore the local markets, where you can find souvenirs such as handicrafts and sculptures inspired by the Khajuraho temples. Light and Sound Show (Optional): In the evening, you may choose to witness the Light and Sound Show at the Western Group of Temples. This show provides a narrative of the history of Khajuraho and its temples, with the illuminated temples as a stunning backdrop. Drop-off: At the end of the day, you will be dropped back at your hotel.

03:00 AM – Pick-Up from Delhi Early morning pick-up from your hotel/airport/railway station in Delhi, Noida, or Gurugram. Drive to Agra via Yamuna Expressway (approx. 3 hours, 200 km). 06:00 AM – Visit the Taj Mahal at Sunrise Arrive in Agra and head straight to the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Witness the stunning marble mausoleum glowing in the morning light. Your guide will share insights into the love story of Emperor Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal. Spend around 2 hours exploring the complex. 08:30 AM – Breakfast at a 5-Star Hotel (Optional) Enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast at a luxury hotel like Courtyard by Marriott or ITC Mughal (additional charge if not included in package). 10:00 AM – Visit Agra Fort Explore the magnificent Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Marvel at the red sandstone architecture and learn about the Mughal Empire. Highlights include the Diwan-i-Am, Diwan-i-Khas, Sheesh Mahal, and the Jahangir Palace. 11:30 AM – Optional Visit to Local Artisans Visit a local marble inlay workshop or handicraft emporium (if interested).
