Jacob was communicative, welcoming and a wealth of knowledge! We had another group in our tour who were running late and he waited an extra 20 minutes making every effort to reach them. Unfortunately, no luck so we ended up with a private tour. He was also willing to make an extra stop for us at a goat soap store and dropped us off where we could find souvenirs. Highly recommend Jacob!
