Charlotte: Historic Uptown 90-Minute Segway Tour

Enter the meeting point address in your GPS/map app. The office is all the way inside the same building as Omni Hotel and Walgreens. It is an angular, black glass-paneled high-rise at the major intersection of Trade St. and Tryon St. Enter the building by walking through a large open plaza area between the Essex restaurant and Eddie V's restaurant (you'll see small trees and tables with yellow, blue, and green chairs). Stay to the far left of that outdoor open area. As you approach the building, you will see an exterior pillar that says Retail Mall. Go through that revolving door. As soon as you enter the building, look directly to your left. You will see two short flights of stairs. The office is at the top of those stairs, next right next door to Top Shoe Repair. Do not go up the escalator to the Omni Hotel lobby.
