Great experience. Narrator was awesome. I would caution folks that you need to allow yourself extra time to park an get to the boat. There are 3-4 cruises and this one was the last in the harbor. Our choice of seats was so limited !! We almost missed the boat. It was a long walk -- get there early :) Otherwise, awesome experience !

We learned a lot about Charleston history that we would not otherwise have known. Our guide gave us the South Carolina in perspective on history in the area. As a northerner, it was interesting to hear the southern interpretation of the fort Sumter firing and other parts of the southern history.

This excursion was very educational. We learned so much about the history of Charleston and the areas around the city including the barrier islands and forts. The narrator was excellent and I highly recommend this trip to anyone. The spacing on the ship was very far apart and covid friendly. Everyone wore masks and the crew offered hand sanitizer before and after the excursion.
