Check in with reception at the Old South Carriage Co. Enter the main lobby area through the front door and check in with one of the customer service specialists at the desk. Restrooms are available in the lobby area along with seating and water. If you have not checked in 10 minutes prior to your departure time, you will lose your scheduled reservation and will be placed on the next available carriage.
