Charleston: Guided Pub Crawl and Haunted History Tour

To start, the tour guide was not properly dressed. Gym shorts and shirt. No identification badge or tag. He constantly used foul language that was offensive and not professional. He had difficulty with his narrative and did not present enough facts. No stories about haunting, no emotions to indicate truth or fiction. We left after two stops. Why? Both bars were sub-standard, and not well kept. No wonder why we were the only ones in the bar. On previous tours that I have taken, the establishment's employees greet the guide and welcome us. Not so in this case. There was no interaction between the guide and the bartenders. Our group of 12 was left to find our own seats, with no attempt to keep the group together. This would have been a great time to expound upon the history of the haunted buildings - but nothing was said. I have been all over the world and must say that this is the worst experience that I have ever had. Our carriage ride with another company was fantastic.

Justin was a great tour guide! We enjoyed seeing all the sights as a small group. We loved meeting people in our group and being social.
