Lisbon: 7 Hills Half-Day Electric Bike Tour

Lisbon: 7 Hills Half-Day Electric Bike Tour

Climb aboard an electric e-bike to make light work of the 7 hills of Lisbon. Considered by many to be too hard for cycling - thanks to its constant ascents and descents - you can contradict that theory, even reaching the highest points of the city. Departing from Rua Cais de Santarém, close to the harbor, head off to sites such as the famous flea market of Feira da Ladra, the monumental church of Panteão Nacional, and the Mannerist Monastery of São Vicente de Fora.  Get panoramic views from the terrace of Chão do Loureiro, the Miradouro da Graça viewpoint, and the mirador of Monte Agudo in Penha de França. Your electric motor buzzing, pass the 15th-century Palácio Belmonte and the quaint neighborhood of Vila Berta. Chill out in the Campos Mártires da Pátria and the Jardim do Torel park.  And see some of the city’s most iconic sights, including the Sé de Lisboa cathedral, and the Ascensor da Lavra funicular, one of the first vehicles to conquer Lisbon’s hills back in 1884.

A bike tour is the best way to explore a city and that certainly applies to Lisbon. had a very nice guide, Juan. He was enthusiastic, gave good explanations about the bike and the traffic and knew a lot about the city. Both about the history and about modern Lisbon. He even made an extra loop through the city of half an hour (with permission of the group). Afterwards we got his phone number in case we wanted extra tips. We were with a group of seven people and the bikes were fine, with a strong engine so you could easily get up all the hills. All in all an absolute must in Lisbon!

We had our Porto tour with Jonas at the beginning of November 2024! Because we were traveling in Portugal off-season, we were even lucky enough to have a private tour for three people and with a German-Portuguese tour guide. Jonas, your German was perfect! Overall, we were totally thrilled with the tour and can only warmly recommend Jonas. He gave us a lot of insight and showed us special spots! His recommendations for restaurants were also very helpful. The bikes were good and had been adjusted especially for us. Best wishes from Landsberg am Lech - Sarah & Philipp

Do not leave Lisbon without this Bike tour or else you are missing seeing almost all of it! The bikes are extremely easy to ride and climbs hills like magic! The tour was Pedro, such a cool person with a lot of cool info!

Our guide Rafael was excellent! I've been to Lisbon many times but this bike tour took us in places I had never seen. I would highly recommend both this tour and our wonderful, knowledgeable guide.

Diogo knew the history and the interests of the area. Best e bike tour ever!
