Our tour was wonderful and our guide did an excellent job of navigating languages and showing us the city. There was, however, a mismatch between the description of the tour and actual tour. We were expecting a 4 1/2 hour tour, but our tour was slightly less than three hours. (We didn’t go to Santa Lucia Hill as in the description.)

Alex with FraymonTour Chile was a fantastic tour guide. He was knowledgeable, personable and a great photographer. We have so many great pictures! It was a wonderful tour!!

One bus failed to arrive leaving a very long wait, otherwise the staff were very helpful, the stops good and information great
