Find out how local coffee is brewed using a little metal filter called a Phin (a version of the French press) to create a flavor that is truly rich and deep. Hear about the steps needed to roast dark beans, so that they mix perfectly with sweet condensed milk. Prepare black coffee, happy white coffee, Hue Imperial salt coffee, Coconut and Ha Noi capital egg coffee. Sip your coffee with a cookie at the end of class while taking in good music in a comfortable atmosphere.

After pickup from your hotel in Hoi An or Danang, visit the Son Tra Mountain, also known as Monkey Mountain, to gain insight into Vietnam's rich history of Buddhism and Hinduism. In the express activity, start with the bamboo structure of the lanterns already made and begin by choosing your lantern fabric. Begin your experience with some herbal tea and traditional music. Hear about the history of Hoi An bamboo silk lanterns from your host and how the local people believe that hanging lanterns in front of their house brings luck, happiness, and wealth. Create lanterns shaped like lotuses, triangles, garlic, UFOs, or diamonds and choose your own silk style and color with guidance from your instructor. This unique activity can be enjoyed by the entire family, even by kids as young as 3 years old. Once completed, these lanterns are easy to fold, carry, or put in your luggage, so you can take home an original, hand-made souvenir from your visit to Hoi An.

7h30 - 8h00: The air-conditioned bus will pick you up at your hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter. Follow the ban on buses picking up passengers on some streets in Hanoi between 6h30 and 8h30, we maybe need you to come to our good meeting points to start your trip. It’s take more or less 2,0 hours from Hanoi to Hoa Lu with a short break about 20 minutes on the half way. 10h30 - 10h40: You will reach to Hoa Lu ancient capital of Vietnam. You will visit Dinh King temple and Le King temple in the 10th centery, finding out the heroic histories of this two kings in Chinese Wars. 11h50 - 12h00: You will have a lunch at the restaurant ( vegetarian food is also available) 13h00 - 13h05: Option 1: Get on the bus continue going to Tam Coc wharf, take the sampan go along the Ngo Dong river to visit Tam Coc (three different caves) Option 2: Get on the bus go to Trang An wharf for enjoying unique sampan to visit Trang An cave complex 15h00 - 15h05: Biking to visit the local village in Ninh Binh (Optional), If you don't want to cycle, you can explore the village on foot or take rest at the local restaurant 15h30 - 15h35: Keep going to visit Mua cave. The place attracts visitors with it’s many interesting stories. In here you can see all the way to Tam Coc, enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the countryside and Ngo Dong river. 16h45 - 17h00: Get on the bus to return Ha Noi. 19h00 - 19h30: Arrive Ha Noi, drop off at your hotel/ at the meeting point in Ha Noi Old Quarter.
