For this trip compared to our Mt Titlis one, our guide Catherine was very clear and good. She not only spoke well in English and Spanish, she introduced many parts of our journey and background knowledge of Switzerland to us. I was a very educational coach journey on our way to Interlaken. Only set back was we had to rush over our lunch just because the other group that was going up Jungfraujoch had to catch a train ride while we continue our coach journey towards Grindelwald

Was a great tour but the description say, don’t have to make line and we did two lines like one hour. The tour guide ( Eric) was very friendly and he explained everything that we asked. I found much money for the excursion because I checked the prices for the boat and the Mt. Pilatus and those are very cheap.

This tour is good enough to follow self guide. Just get the tickets online and follow the schedule. Make sure you know which glacier express route you wanted to see. I made a mistake thinking that the tour will go all the way to Zermatt but the route I purchased stopped at Bern. So, it was quite a disappointment. Our apple pie was not served in the train but was packed up because the cafe forgot to serve us on time.
