- 15.5 hours for a 13 hour trip. - 8.5 hours in transit in a small bus that got a flat tire. Because of the replacement tire, the driver went slow the rest of the time. - 1 hour in the queue - don’t know why we needed to be there. Why didn't the guide do this for us. - 5 hours sitting the car waiting for our turn - could have done sumilon island while we waited. - 1 hour activity with the whale and shopping….this is all we got. - No time for Sumilon island. So we got 1/2 what we paid for and a bunch of waiting. - Further, they informed us via email (not WA or call) less than 12 hours in advance that the pickup time was moved up to 2 AM. - They did not provide food or water at any point in the trip. There was no mention of this or the need to bring money in the final trip email you sent.

Experience was awesome. Probably too many people in one spot trying to swim with the whale sharks and we got kicked a lot. The island trip was probably not worth going to, could have spent more time with the gentle giants
