Beyond fabulous! The hosts and instructors made us feel like family. They were knowledgeable, kind and patient. The facility was gorgeous,pristine clean, and inviting. We made two wonderful pasta dishes and an almond dessert. Wine was served as well as fresh mandarins from the garden. An extra discovery was they have a bed and breakfast with accommodations that include a swimming pool and kitchenette. Bruno went out of his way to help us with a situation not related to this adventure. In other words he went above and beyond to help us. The fact that everyone could speak wonderful English also made this easier for us. Do not hesitate to book this fun cooking experience. You will not be disappointed.

The transport is comfortable and our guide was friendly. There is only one winery we visited. It was picturesque and the wine tasting was endless although not a wide selection. Each wine was first accompanied with a selection of cheeses. We also had olives, eggplant and bread with olive oil. From here it was short trip to the restaurant where we were served a pre set menu of 4 or 5 shared dishes and a jug of red and white wine plus water. The restaurant location is lovely and full of locals which is a good sign.

My husband and I enjoyed our time with Anna! She was a great host and amazing cook. Her passion for food is evident in her explanations in different types of food, wheat, flour... Apparently food runs in her family's blood! We made a delicious caponata, trapanese pesto and fresh pasta. She made us work for our lunch which is exactly what we look for in a cooking class. Definitely recommend her!

You really get a first overview of the city during this 3h tour. The aperitifs were well chosen: first various fish arancini, then a platter with various meat and cheese specialties and a second platter with warm vegetables, together with a glass of wine and to end typical sweet specialties and this is 3 different locations.

Our trip to the Etna and Taormina was really great. Our young guide Dario made it even more interesting thanks to his enthousiastic storytelling and amazing knowledge of nature and ecology of the volcano. The picnic and wine at midday were delicious. Also Taormina was wonderful (but very hot!) Highly recommended trip!
