Full description

Learn to cook like a Sicilian with a local chef in a typical historic villa in the city center of Catania. Get hands-on help preparing your own mouth-watering lunch or dinner. Meet your host who also an art expert who will tell you curious stories about the history of Catania and the beautiful places you can visit in Sicily. Enter the home of your cook and teacher and learn traditional Sicilian recipes. Roll up your sleeves and learn how to use fresh ingredients and local productions from the island. Prepare a typical 3-course meal (starter, main course and dessert), homemade pasta, and a typical Sicilian dessert, Biancomangiare (pudding). Sit down to your meal paired with wine and water in a relaxed setting with your host.
