The theme of Sicilian volcanic wines allows you to discover a truly surprising product. See firsthand how volcano eruptions have influenced the smells and flavors of these wines, thanks to soils with completely original and peculiar characteristics. Your tasting experience begins in the heart of Piazza Scammacca, Catania's first metropolitan market. During your tasting, discover the different origins and compositions of volcanoes and how they affect the production of the wines you try. Sample four different glasses of wine. Our host was a fantastic sommelier with an extraordinary knowledge of the wines of the region, the wine selection was very high end and the pairing with the food was perfect, algo in the location there are several choices for food, in general it was a fantastic experience.
