An explosion of taste and colour! You can find the recipe here. - Sicilian Granita: Perfect for relaxing and cooling down on hot summer afternoons. This was a fantastic tour. The guide was very informative (and funny)! This was an excellent way to learn about the city and receive good recommendations for future days. She was also mindful of the heat and would take breaks from walking and find shade while she spoke about a place. If you’re coming to Catania, this is a great first day activity.

Wonderful, informative! Our guide Ester was great, always found shade for us so we could listen comfortably, answered all questions, had some great tips!
