A really nice hiking adventure for St Lucia. Guides were excellent. You must be in good health, this hike gets the heart rate up in several sections. Once at the top you get a 360° view of the surrounding city and some delicious renewing snacks from the guides. A side benefit of this tour is no mouth breathers dare attempt this climb.
