Kaoru was a wonderful tour guide, we enjoyed her so much! She totally tuned into our interests, answering our questions. She also took extra time after the tour to give us guidance & direction for using the train station & finding a restaurant. We are so appreciative of her kindness, generous spirit, and professionalism as our tour guide. Now for you guys as a tour company, we so appreciate the wonderful menu of tours, but I have a suggestion. For every tour we've been on through this app and others, it has been confusing to find the meeting point. I feel if you as management would consult with tour guides, they could give a very firm suggestion on the best place to meet with recognizable signs and location for people that don't speak the language of that country. For every tour we were on, somebody missed getting to the meeting point because of confusion. I also suggest cut & paste the meeting address into Google maps to make sure it is recognized. Thank you these considerations.

Momoe was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. We appreciated that she asked what our interests/objectives were for the tour at the beginning so that she could tailor it to our group, which reserved the private tour. It was especially helpful to have her to explain some of the exhibits in the museum and the castle as not all of the descriptions had an English translation. Additionally, she took some great photos of our group which we appreciate and will look back on with fond memories.

This was one of the most incredibletour experiences we have ever had! We ended up being the only guests so we got a truly 1 on 1 experience. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and an absolute delight. She got us in past the lines, carefully walked us through everything and even took great photos of us. She also helped us navigate nearby shops and food stalls. Truly one of the best experiences! If we ever come back again we will definitely be looking to rebook!
