Our guide Gaia kept to the schedule and took good care of us. She gave the tour in Spanish, Italian and English! She also gave us the option to choose more free time or a longer guided tour. The flexibility was appreciated. She also used WhatsApp to send supplementary info, group pics and make sure we had the meetup info. The tour was well organized and even the trains were on time. For this category of large-group tours covering a lot in a short period, it was a great choice. Seeing both Verona and Venice in a day was rushed but the tour hit the highlights: - Visiting Juliet’s balcony (including buying & attaching a love lock to the wall) - Snacking and shopping in Verona - (We opted out of the longer tour to the bridge) - Walking to St Mark’s Square - Taking a water taxi and gondola ride (at our extra expense - the taxi was 10/person and gondola 90/ride) - Eating and shopping in Venice

Very good trip, all was perfect, very worth it! I really had a great time, and the tour guide (cara) was very lovely, giving us all details about the history of each places we’ve visited, and she gave us lots of time to enjoy on our own. I really recommend it!!! I will do it again if i could 🙂

Excellent! My only observation is that the train was delayed and Venice felt a bit rushed… other than that everything was excellent.

It’s great tour with amazing guided She was very kind and have good knowledge about history

Apart from the arena which was closed...everything else was beautiful
