The palace and gardens are extraordinary! Worth seeing!! The idea is that when I booked and paid for the trip with transport and without waiting in line, no one knew to tell me that it is the first Sunday of the month and the entrance is Free!! I received a message in which I was promised the return of the money!! This happened to him! That's why I still can't express my opinion on the quality-price ratio! Unfortunately I cannot give a grade from this point of view because it would put you at a disadvantage! I still hope that I will receive the money!

The transportation is on time on picking us up but has to pick up another passenger in another location and we have to wait for that passengers going to Caserta but the drop off was a misunderstanding trying to drop us off in another location and the driver doesn’t speak English much, but eventually bring us back to the pick up place maybe a minor inconvenience that we have to deal with and see Caserta Palace in due time

There were 4 of us and the tour was practically personalized. There was a problem in the morning for departure, promptly fixed with a replacement car. We were able to make up for the time lost in the morning by postponing the return. We did not queue and the Reggia is really worth the visit. Let's say that if I can give a suggestion 4 hours are not enough to do the complete internal and external tour and therefore the excursion would be better if it lasted at least 5 hours
