I would have given a five star for the service. The driver waited for us even we were late for 30 minutes due to one of us has a missing luggage from AC. The service provider contacted us through WhatsApp a day ahead, provided us a photo image of the and the pickup time. However there seems to have lack of communication between the driver and the office. The office told us they can only provide us a 7 person van at the last minute due to over booked, even after we have booked, pay in full and confirmed reservation of 2 vans for party of 14. But actually the professional driver has driven a 14 person van waiting to pick us up.

Even though I made my reservation last minute I received excellent service. It was pretty easy to spot my driver after exiting the airport in Casablanca and he immediately helped me get my things into the car. We were on our way shortly after. My French helped me become conversational and within a few minutes I was learning foundational Moroccan Arabic phrases and words. It was a smooth ride to my destination and I really felt safe and secure as we made our journey. I’d highly recommend this service.

I am happy that I choose this option. A member of the group choose a taxi and she arrived at the hotel 3 hours later and was hassled for a different price than what she agreed to. This option is straight forward and took the stress out of getting to the hotel.
