There were no clear signs for visitors (with ticket) to line up. The queuing system needs to be improved. More signage should be placed. We booked our ticket for 10:30am but when we arrive exactly on the time slot the group has taken off. So we had to line up for the next group. It was very messy. The management needs to come up with a better solution for this. The intro of the tour gave a chaotic impression, all the tourists were approaching the same security lady asking the same question.. nobody knows where to line up or where to buy their tickets or where the tour starts. Having said that, there is only one entrance so chaos is bound to happen every day...

Honestly mind blowing! Every student of design, architecture, engineering, nature and true spirituality should visit this place at least once in a lifetime- intact that’s not enough……the self guided tour option was extremely well provided with so much additional information offered inside as you go. Wish I had time to do it again at night!

Such an amazing place - timeless and yet magical . Great how the visitors are managed so not too many people in at once despite it being busy . Could really imagine with the audio guide what it would have been like for the family living there . Would recommend this on anyones list during a visit to this beautiful city
