Be at one with nature with this environmentally-friendly kayaking experience, and explore along the coast and inside several caves of Benagil.   Begin at Benagil beach, where you'll run through an introduction on kayaking, and the safe management of your kayak once inside the caves. Then, set out to visit several small and large caves along the coastline. Take in views of the caves from the water and learn from your guide about the formation, surrounding nature, and natural life that exists here.

We went on this tour on 09/23/23. The kayak tour itself was great, great instructors and absolutely beautiful scenery. EVERYONE be aware- they do not take you to Benagil caves anymore since it is now prohibited to launch kayaks from 3 nearby beaches from each side from the cave (or something like that). We launched from Praia do Barranco (which is quite far from Benagil caves) and visited Algar dos Capitães instead. It was very nice and I'd imagine quite similar to Benagil. The huge plus is that our group of 8 people had the cave to ourselves. All in all it was a very nice experience, however, I would prefer to be notified in advance about the fact that we are not going to visit Benagil caves because this was the reason why we booked this tour.

Canceled due to waves and low tide at launch point. Refund automatically happened. The guides were professional and friendly. We would re-book at the same company, but did not get to go out at 7:30am after waiting a few hours for “safe” conditions at the beach. Based on other reviews and the guides, t would have been a great and fun wxpwrience. Book at this beach location, seems to have a small risk of being canceled due to surf. Maybe next time :-(

Very great guides! Informative concerned with safety and well run. We had made a mistake with the directions and they were so understanding and helpful to wait for us and get us there. The experience was second to none. Highly recommend this experience!
