Despite a two hour holdup in immigration our chauffeur was patiently awaiting us at the taxi stop! He was a sweetheart and we got along with a limited Spanish. When he discovered that our hotel neighborhood was more to the disturbing side, he advised us against further bookings, called his manager to make sure we understood him, and the manager provided us with contact information if we needed any help. We cannot recommend this enough! So glad we booked and have done it on multiple occasions since!

Driver met me outside the airport at the taxi area with a very clear sign with my name on it. There was a slight language barrier with my limited Spanish but we could communicate the necessary information. He pointed out cool features as we drove and he made sure he dropped me right in front of my hotel. We struggled to find the entrance and he drove until he always absolutely sure we were at the right place.

Not just the driver but the young women Samari who was of much help and provided me with all possible advise for accomodation since I was mixed up and made a reservation on a city by the same name Cartagena but in Spain She spoke good English and insured that things were settled until than deliver me to the hotel
