Definitely a great option while I sort my hotel situation out when arriving early in the morning.

We had booked suitcase storage for a day in Cartagena (Colombia). When we arrived at the hotel, the person behind the counter didn't know anything and looked strange when we showed the voucher, he said it was wrong. After I showed the confirmation, it was okay and we could put the suitcases behind some kind of wall. In our opinion, not really safe. No label or anything like that was created either. When we went to pick up our suitcase at the end of the day, we only had to point to our suitcases and we could take them with us, just to mention: there was someone else behind the counter. In other words, we could have brought any suitcase we wanted. So not worth repeating.
