I will contact the customer before the trip to ask where they want to be picked up from. I will describe my vehicle and suggest that they arrive 10 minutes before. If they are close to one of the suggested pick up points I would be very grateful if they could make their way there. Cardiff has a lot of pedestrianized areas and a lot of places where it is difficult or impossible to pull up a large vehicle. It can also be very busy. The places that I have suggested are easy for me to use.

Gareth was a wonderful guide and gave us a lot of information on history as we drove from location to location. There was a good amount of time at each location - not too much, not too little. We never felt rushed and it was great to see three different castles/locations and get out of the city for a day! Highly recommended.

Gareth was wonderful with his knowledge of the history of the areas we visited and the other things you could do in the area during the time. We visited 4 castles/abbey and had enough time to visit each comfortably. It was a lovely day that we thoroughly enjoyed.
